Portuguese Man of War

The portuguese man of war is not a jellyfish as much as it may appear to be one. It is a colony of zooids that create an organism, more closely related to coral. I am very interested in ecosystems, and this particular creature was intriguing to me. The man-o-war is a symbol to me of the interconnectedness of the ocean, this piece at once resembles the living creature but also a plastic bag which pollutes the ocean.
